The alpine cabin is located in a very secluded area, submontane the Gritschen-mountain, on a sunny high plateau, with a wonderful view onto the nearby mountain Grimming and onto the upper Enns-valley.

Town Niederöblarn 2,5 km, skiing area Galsterberg 19 km. The cottage is located in a perfect position: the linked skiing areas Hauser Kaibling, Planai and Hochwurzen are only 25 km from here. You can reach them via an asphaltic and snow cleared road by car in about 20 minutes. Tauplitz 17 km. Grimming Spa Bad Mitterndorf 23 km. Golf 8 km. Putterer lake 12 km. Right on the doorstep: wonderful hiking trails and cycle paths.
