Location:
High above the village Neukirchen, in the Trattenbachtal, in absolute seclusion and tranquility, in the middle of the hiking and alpine pasture area. The Trattenbachtal can be reached via the Salzach Valley. In Neukirchen you drive north and get into the Kitzbühel Alps. Here, between lush alpine meadows and small mountain streams, lies the beautiful alpine pasture.

Place Neukirchen with swimming pool, tennis, bike rental, bathing lake 11km. Fishing opportunity 1km. Many hiking and mountain bike trails directly from the hut. Krimmler waterfalls 20km, Zillertalarena 25km, Kitzbühel panorama cable car 23km. Durlassboden reservoir 25km.

Equippment:
The alpine hut was previously managed and is now rented to 1 group on a weekly basis. On the ground floor is the large, cozy dining room, where there is plenty of space around the beautiful tiled stove. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, glass washer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Utility room with freezer, washing machine. 1 shower, 1 toilet. Upper floor: 1 four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed, 1 room with double bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with double bed, bunk bed, shower and sink, 1 four-bed room with French double bed (140cm) and bunk bed. 1 toilet, wash basin. In front of the hut there is a sunny terrace, seating, grill, large garden with fountain and deck chairs, garden hut with its own sauna. Behind the hut there is a fenced-off toilet and 1 drinks machine, if thirsty hikers pass by, they can help themselves here. Heating with oil radiators. SAT-TV, high-speed W-LAN available. Next to the hut is an empty stable. The hut has electricity from sustainable hydropower. No parties allowed.
