Idyllically situated holiday home in log cabin style in the middle of a well-kept park landscape. Starting point for many hiking and cycling trails. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet with children and dogs. It is situated on the edge of the forest, between two scattered villages. The house is constantly being renovated,
You can use two garden sets in front of the house and the garden with sun loungers. There is a large car park for several cars and barbecue facilities.
The log cabin consists of a ground floor living/dining room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and extra WC. A Finnish sauna can also be used. On the top floor there is a double bedroom as well as a living area and a triple room on the gallery. From the balcony you have a marvellous view of the Karawanken mountains, satellite TV and WIFI are available.
Pony farm within 10 minutes walking distance, bicycles for rent at the lake, 2 functional 7-speed bicycles are available, low-traffic area, warmest swimming lake in Carinthia with various sports facilities, guided cycling and hiking tours can be booked in the tourist centre.
From the garden you can look out over the village of St. Kanzian, which offers shopping facilities and a bathing opportunity. secluded location, family-run feel-good experience, as well as rest and relaxation.
