Our holiday flats/apartments are situated in a quiet and sunny location above Dorfgastein. The ski bus stop is only 50 metres from the house. The valley station of the Dorfgastein Großarl ski area and the solar pool (FREE for our guests in summer) are only 1 km away. The beautiful, modern flats, furnished in solid wood, are 45 m2 in size and equipped with a spacious bedroom, a lounge/bedroom with kitchen block incl. dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, room safe and much more, and a balcony with a fantastic view of the Gastein Valley. Ideal occupancy from 2-4 persons. We are especially equipped for family holidays. For the children in summer we have plenty of space to play around the house, for the winter we have sledges, bobsleds, swings, games, books, petting animals and much more. For the very little ones we offer travel cots, baby high chairs, games, potty and nappy changing facilities. In the house we also have a large fitness room with great Technogym equipment and table tennis table. On request, we can bring fresh breakfast pastries to your flat door every morning. 3-D hunting archery course: We are active archers and offer our guests our own 3-D hunting archery course, which starts right behind the house. Equipment hire and basic courses are available.

The beautiful flats, furnished in solid wood, are 45 m2 in size and equipped with a spacious bedroom, a living room/bedroom with kitchen block including coffee machine, kettle, pots, crockery, dishwasher, satellite TV, radio, WiFi, hairdryer, room safe and balcony. Bed linen, bathrobe, hand, shower and tea towels are provided, as well as taps for the dishwasher, Wettex, Zewa, toilet paper and many small items such as salt, pepper, sugar are a matter of course.

The solar pool, just a few metres from the valley station of the Dorfgastein/Großarl cable cars, offers you bathing fun of the most enjoyable kind in 26°C to 28°C warm water. The pool complex is located in the sunniest part of the Gastein Valley and is THE family pool! And FREE for our guests in summer! Ski, snowboard & more Dorfgastein, Bad Hofgastein, Bad Gastein and offer 4 ski areas with 200km of perfect pistes and wonderful cross-country ski trails for a fantastic winter holiday in the mountains.
