Therefore you have the advantage with us that you can reach all here existing facilities such as EDEKA, baker, Bavarian restaurant (Neuwirt - see start photo directly on the Alz with beer garden), pizzeria, cafe, the Alzbad and much more quickly and comfortably on foot within a radius of only about 100-200 m.You do not need a car for this!Truchtlaching is embedded in the beautiful landscape conservation area "Alztal". If you want to enjoy peace and nature or active recreation and leisure on the water or in the mountains, you are in good hands here. You will spend your vacation in the most beautiful landscape of Germany at the edge of the Alps between Lake Chiemsee and the Alz River. The Alz flows directly through Truchtlaching not even 200m away from us. Here on the river bank is not only the outdoor pool with large lawn (free admission) but also a typical Bavarian inn with a beautiful beer garden under shady chestnut trees.Also very good: Due to the thick walls, the apartment remains in the middle of the summer or We are looking forward to your visit in our "Haus Seehuber".NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GANG LEADS TO THE GARAGES AND THEREFORE IS PARTLY USED BY THE RENTERS!

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults will apply. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00.
