Teisendorf is located in the heart of the Rupertiwinkel between Lake Chiemsee and the Mozart city of Salzburg, Berchtesgaden with the famous Königssee is only a short distance away. In the historic center of Teisendorf you will find all stores for daily needs, well-run gastronomy, cafes and an ice cream parlor round off the market street. Around Teisendorf approx. 280 km of well-kept hiking trails await you, bike paths lead on side roads to Salzburg (approx. 20km), Bad Reichenhall (approx. 20km) and Berchtesgaden (approx. 40km). In winter you will find ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails e.g. in Inzell, Ruhpolding, in Salzburg Land and in the easily accessible Tirol.

Our flat on the 1st floor is located in the traffic-calmed historical centre in the middle of Teisendorf and is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 35 m² accommodation is divided into a living/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, there is room for 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children). In the living/bedroom you will find a double bed and an eSofa that pulls out into a double bed, as well as a satellite TV and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker with oven, a dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the spa tax of € 1,00 per person/night for adults. Young people from 13-17 years pay the reduced fee of € 0,50 and children up to 12 years are exempt from the spa tax.
