The vacation apartment is located in the attic of an art nouveau villa built in 1903 . It was completely renovated in 2016 to 2017 and is available for a relaxing vacation in our house. In our house water network is a "Grander water revitalization system". Our house is located directly on the bike path (Lake Constance-Königssee bike path) in a very quiet yet central location with a beautiful view of the mountains " Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and the Teisenberg". You will find here an ideal starting point to the surrounding bathing lakes, for hikes, for bike and mountain tours as well as for one or the other excursion to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall or to the Königsee. An in-house shuttle service to the train station / airport is available by prior arrangement. Also directly at the house we offer you a car parking space in the carport. Our art nouveau villa is a non-smoking house! Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, we would like to point out that we rent our vacation apartment exclusively to vacationers/holiday guests (no mechanics)!

The holiday flat is located in an art nouveau villa built in 1903 on the ground floor. It was completely renovated in 2017 and is now available as a holiday flat with approx. 94 m2 for 1 to 4 people. You will be staying in a quiet corner of Teisendorf, not far from the town centre, with a wonderful view of the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and Teisenberg mountains. An ideal starting point for excursions to the bathing lakes, for hikes, for cycling and mountain tours as well as for one or the other excursion to Salzburg (20km), Bad Reichenhall (18km) or Berchtesgaden/Königssee (35km). In the immediate vicinity (town centre and swimming pool 500m, railway station 1km) of our house there are several restaurants and shopping facilities. Directly at the house we offer a covered car parking space and parking facilities for bicycles. Our Jugednstilvilla is a non-smoking house and unfortunately no pets are allowed. Our own free shuttle service to and from the train station. An exclusive, spacious and fully furnished holiday flat with: Dining room, living room, two separate bedrooms with double beds, gallery with desk, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC and washing machine, hallway with wardrobe and shoe cupboard, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop and breakfast bar, roof terrace (25 m²) with terrace furniture, loungers and parasol, satellite TV, stereo with DVD player and free WLAN, covered car parking space, storage for bicycles and prams. Only exclusive building materials have been used in the entire holiday flat, e.g. oak parquet flooring, Solnhofen tiles, ............ Minimum stay: 5 nights (in the summer holidays in Bavaria min. 7 nights) Possible occupancy: 1 - 4 persons We would like to point out that we only rent out our holiday flat to holidaymakers/holiday guests (unfortunately no fitters)!

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices do not include the health resort fee of € 1,00 per person/night for adults. Youths from 12-17 years pay the reduced fee of € 0,50 and children up to 11 years are exempt from the health resort fee.
