Set above the water in Millbrook, High Cross House is a bright, spacious home designed for families and groups of friends. Sleeping up to eight guests and two dogs, it’s a place made for time together - with plenty of room to spread out when you want your own space!

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and ideal for shared meals or lazy breakfasts. A few steps down, the sunken living room offers comfortable sofas, a log burner, TV, and a great selection of board games.

With fantastic outdoor space, the large garden makes the most of the sun from morning to evening. It’s a fun, easy-going setting for everyone to enjoy, with a hot tub, tiki bar, and plenty of room to sit, eat, and relax.

Upstairs, the bedrooms look out across the lake. The master bedroom includes an en-suite shower room, alongside two further doubles and a bunk room perfect for younger guests. There’s also a large family bathroom with a shower over bath, WC, and washing machine.

Families are well catered for, with a travel cot, high chair, and changing table available on request. Two dogs are welcome too - with plenty of excellent walks and dog-friendly beaches close by.

High Cross House offers 3 car parking spaces on the driveway.

Millbrook sits in Cornwall’s “forgotten corner”, with Kingsand, Cawsand, and Whitsand Bay just a short drive away (around 3 km). The South West Coast Path passes about a mile from the house, and the passenger ferry to Plymouth makes it easy to explore the nearby city for the day.
