A large sunroom opens onto the private garden, a suntrap where guests can enjoy alfresco dining, fire up the ENJOi egg-style BBQ, or rinse off sandy toes and paws in the outdoor shower.

The home also features a spacious double reception room with a balcony, a superb sitting area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a separate games room complete with a pool table and foosball, offering fun for all ages. Guests at Cliff House also have access to two kayaks and two skimboards, ideal for exploring the serene coastline and nearby coves.

First Floor
The Cabin Room: King-size bed (sleeps 2)

The main family bathroom is located on this floor and includes a bath and walk-in shower. This level also includes the games room and main lounge.

Second Floor
Three beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms, each with private or en-suite bathroom access:

Master Bedroom: King-size bed (sleeps 2), with a large en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and walk-in shower.
Seaside Room: King-size bed (sleeps 2), with an en-suite shower room and walk-in shower
Countryside Room: King-size bed (sleeps 2), with an en-suite shower room

Loft Floor
This floor features two loft rooms, ideal for families or groups with children:

Unloading is possible just out the front of the house on arrival. Parking can be found Kingsand pay and display car park less than a couple minutes’ walk away from the property.
