House for holiday rental in l'Escala with private pool. This house is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking to the Natural Park of Montgí and at the same time only 13 minutes walking to the beach of Riells in L'Escala. It is ideal for children! The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
This villa offers the best for an unforgettable vacation: spacious living room with access to the magnificent porch with table and chairs to enjoy long meals in summer next to the barbecue and pool, with beautiful views over L'Escala. An Amercian kitchen, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
In total in the house can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds).

ATTENTION: From 01/10 to 01/04 the house does not have a pool or Wi-Fi.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
