Villa Allegra is situated in a unique location. Situated on a hill with a marvellous view of the Adriatic Sea, the luxurious house with Mediterranean flair is the place for relaxation and dolce vita in the Dalmatian style. The sea and beach are at your feet and the house is surrounded by green nature, offering the opportunity to relax in idyllic surroundings. The living area is bright, spacious, cosy and has high ceilings. Outside, a large pool area with terrace and balconies awaits you. Villa Allegra promises a unique holiday in the south of Croatia! An ideal retreat that leads directly to the spacious terrace: Outdoor dining area with a view of the sea, a barbecue area and a swimming pool (32m²)with a large pool area and 6 sun loungers. The ground floor and the living area are fully equipped with an eat-in kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machine etc.), open fireplace and TV area (with play station and DVD). There are three bedrooms on the first floor: bedroom no. 1 with double bed, bathroom and shower and terrace with sea view; bedroom no. 2 with double bed and terrace with sea view; bedroom no. 3 with 2 single beds; there is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor. The neighbourhood is quiet, close to nature and situated on the heights of the Croatian coast. Only a few minutes away is Omiš, a breathtaking town with Dalmatian medieval architecture. It offers the opportunity for shopping, dining and has a cosy nightlife. The sandy beach of Duce is one of the most famous and popular in the region, suitable for young and old with numerous swimming and sports facilities. A welcome buffet with Croatian cured ham, cheese, snacks, wine and drinks awaits you. Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times. Parking is available in front of the house entrance. Ana and Goran Pekas are the landlords of the house and are always happy to welcome you and answer your questions and concerns. They can communicate in German, Croatian and English.
