The detached houses are located in the urbanization of Miami Playa, Marina Way, also known as The Casalot. The detached houses consist of 14 townhomes and a common place with a large garden with lots of pine trees and a nice pool. Each house has a private terrace with barbecue, equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor tranquility of the area. The houses are located in a peaceful area of Miami Beach, between Bonmont Golf Course and the beach. It has a supermarket and some restaurants and takeaways. The house has 2 floors; on the ground floor we find the kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave and refrigerator, the living room with double sofa bed, table and 6 chairs, TV, and exit to the terrace furnished with table and 4 chairs and barbecue. On the first floor we have the bathroom with bath, a double bedroom (with access to small balcony) with a 135 bed and another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, both with fitted wardrobes.The ideal place for those who want simple accommodation, spacious and quiet, to enjoy nature and the beautiful beaches and coves of Miami Playa.
